Most of us rarely see the full journey behind the food on our plates. Yet every meal is connected to a much larger system — one involving land, water, people and billions of animals.
Choosing more plant-based foods is one way of rethinking that relationship.
It doesn't have to begin with perfection or a dramatic overnight change. It can begin with curiosity: trying a different breakfast, cooking with lentils instead of meat, or discovering that a familiar dish works just as well with plants.
Individual meals may feel small. Collectively, however, the way we choose to eat helps shape the kind of food system we create.
For us, that is what eating with intention means.
